Insurance & bonding
Pine Grove carries full general liability and workers' compensation insurance on every crew, every day. Certificates of Insurance issued on request — naming homeowners, HOAs, or property managers as additional insureds before any work begins.
Crew safety & PPE
Every crew member is equipped with ANSI-rated helmets, eye and hearing protection, cut-resistant chaps, climbing harnesses, and high-visibility apparel. We follow ANSI Z133 standards on every job site, residential or commercial.
Equipment maintenance
Climbing gear is inspected daily and retired on schedule. Chippers, grinders, cranes and bucket trucks are maintained on manufacturer service intervals and DOT-compliant for road operation.
Storm response procedures
During major storm events we activate priority dispatch, coordinate with utility companies on downed-line hazards, and stage equipment regionally for fastest possible response time across our service area.
Documentation & reporting
We document every emergency job with photos, written observations, and itemized invoices designed for insurance claim submission. Most carriers reimburse without friction when our documentation is included.
